Interview with Nick Kivlen from Sunflower Bean

After over a decade of playing guitar and singing in his band Sunflower Bean, Nick Kivlen found that the time was right to release his first solo album. Addicted to the Sunset is out today and is a blast of sunny folky dream pop. Nick and I talk about the making of the album, touring, being a New Yorker living in Los Angeles, stand up comedy, and the influence his girlfriend had on the record.
